Shipping policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (within New Zealand): Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery is 14-21 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on domestic orders.

Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 1 up to 3 days for tracking information to become available.

Delays: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unexpected delays due to high order volume, postal service problems, or customs may occur.

Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages once shipped, but we will do our best to assist you in locating your order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at chandy.borja@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes. If this applies to your order, we will contact you for an alternate address.
